Customer showcase for everyone: This session will showcase the Booth Centre’s use of In-Form to assist with monitoring and evaluation in their day centre and advice, employment and activities programme

In-Form rent management module
Feature demo for everyone: An in-depth look at the structure and functionality of the rent management module, considering reports and dashboards that can be produced, and how permissions and profiles can ensure the right access for the right people.

myIn-Form: Empowering clients with their own data online
Feature demo for everyone: This session will look at the myIn-Form product, which will provide clients access to, and input into, the data held about them in In-Form, increasing accountability and improving the client experience and outcomes.

Replacing the ‘count’: How In-Form will help to improve rough sleeping data in Wales
Customer showcase for everyone: The Wallich is Wales’s largest homelessness and rough sleeping charity. Hear about their work and the development of Street Homeless Information Network (SHIN), a multi-agency database to record data about people sleeping rough and the wider street population in Wales.

Using In-Form in a Multi-Division organisation: In-Form at Southdown Housing
Customer showcase for everyone: Southdown Housing Association has a wide variety of services across three distinct divisions; Community Support Services, Housing Management and Learning Disability. This session will look at how each division uses In-Form differently.

Customer showcase for everyone: This session will showcase how Women in Prison have made In-Form user-friendly and tailored to their range of services and how they use it to measure and illustrate impact.

Making most of In-Form - Upgrading from essential to enterprise 
Customer showcase for experienced users: Glass Door will talk about their move from Essential to Enterprise, and their use of In-Form for shelter management as well as case management with all information integrated in a single system.

Collaborating for better services: Sharing client data across Westminster
Customer showcase for everyone: The Connection at St-Martin-in-the-Fields share data with three other service providers in Westminster. Hear about why this is needed, how they balance effective joint working and data protection and the process for developing and delivering data integration

Sessions and actions: Logging group sessions
Feature demo for everyone: This session will cover using Sessions and Actions to their full potential to record group work and attendance, plus upcoming improvements and new features with Sessions and Actions 3.0.

Using In-Form to deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment support (and going paperless)
Customer showcase for everyone:This session will look at how South Yorkshire Housing Association use In-Form to deliver IPS employment support to customers, using it to deliver a randomised control trial for IPS and other employment programmes too. SYHA will also talk about going paperless as a department and using the self-scheduling feature on Sumo.

Introduction to Trauma Informed Care
Workshop for everyone: This session will introduce you to the impact of Complex Trauma on the human body and mind and link this to the vital use of embedding Trauma Informed Care (TIC) within your services.  It will also cover the wide-ranging benefits of introducing TIC within your service.  

Implementing a psychologically informed environment approach to case management
Workshop for everyone: Dr Williamson will discuss her work leading in the development of Trauma-Informed ‘Psychologically Informed Environments’ (PIEs) across London; exploring how it is possible to weave psychological thinking and an understanding of trauma into all aspects of service design and delivery (incl. approach to case work management and support).

Top tips for reports and dashboards
Feature demo for everyone: Learn how to create summary, matrix and cross filter reports and how to link a report to a dashboard. This session will consider ways to improve your reporting experience and how you can to meet your organisational, team manager and frontline worker data requirements.

Extending In-Form's value and Salesforce.com’s Nonprofit Success Pack
Feature demo for everyone: This session will showcase the Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack that supports areas such as fundraising, operations and volunteers management, as well as how to uncover the potential in the Salesforce platform to provide a 360* view of your constituents, widen capabilities across the organisation through the use of data, and provide deeper insights with AI to demonstrate impact with Salesforce.

Top ten FREE apps to use with In-Form
Feature demo for experienced users: In-Form Enterprise can be augmented though the installation of third party apps. There are many small but powerful apps available completely free. We will look at ten apps that, with varying levels of configuration, can make use of In-Form more efficient and the In-Form features more powerful.
