    Gary will talk about the challenges and benefits of implementing In-Form for a large organisation and how In-Form has helped staff support their clients during the pandemic. Trident Reach supports 5000+ people across the Midlands with a wide range of services including rough sleeper outreach, supported accommodation, Housing First and services for young people and people experiencing domestic abuse, mental health issues and learning disabilities.

    In-Form Enterprise can be enhanced through the installation of third-party apps. We will look at ten apps that, with varying levels of configuration, can make use of In-Form more efficient and In-Form features more powerful.

  • Feature demo of the In-Form rent management module

    An introduction to In-Form Rent Management (in Lightning). This session will explain the basic rent module structure – properties, bedspaces, rent schedules and rent streams.
