How can we effectively report our day to day work?

We all know that the softer outcomes are monumental steps in the cycle of change and the pathway out of homelessness, but how to we report these to our managers, stakeholders, trustees and funders?

This session will provide those attending the opportunity to explore effective and meaningful ways to report those softer outcomes achieved in our day to day practice. The session will help you to develop your knowledge and skills in reporting using different methods to clearly demonstrate our work.

The session will explore how the voice of lived experience can be integral part of meaningful reporting with a chance to reflect on how this can be developed in your organisation and daily practice with some suggestions and ideas on how to implement this.

This will be an opportunity to share information on:

-        Why is reporting important?

-        How do we make reporting meaningful?

-        How do we write and deliver case studies?

There will also be an opportunity to discuss the current landscape in services in Suffolk and how we can work together for future Community of Practice events.
