One key piece of governance work we can facilitate is staff or Board Away Days which can help you to improve governance in all areas of your organisation. This includes building or upskilling your Board, individual roles and responsibilities or developing meeting or auditing structures.
We recently developed an Away Day for a large Homeless Charity in London who had been through significant changes and recruited a new CEO. We held an Away Day for staff and managers to celebrate their achievements to date, but also to reflect on areas for improvement and aims for the future. This time away helped the team to develop a clear strategy that they could all take ownership of
Over the last year, we have also supported organisations to meet the standards that are required to become a Registered Provider.
To become a Register Provider you will need to show that you meet the standards required by the regulator, our Consultants work with Boards and Senior Managers to understand the registration process and develop their internal governance.
