Applicants or any agency are welcome to telephone us direct to discuss if we can assist with offering a place, and a friendly interview is arranged to ensure we are the right place to support that individual. Interviews usually take place Monday – Friday but we welcome telephone calls at any time.
Referrals can be made by phone or a referral form can be requested by email. All applicants must attend an interview at the project and a support needs/risk assessment will be completed. Applicants must be able to provide at least one reference.
Phone hostel 24 hours daily or call in at Housing Advice Centre, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. All applicants must be assessed by Housing Advice Centre. Need proof of benefits entitlement/income.
