Please note LATCH offers supported housing in local households. We do not offer an emergency service. An interview appointment is followed by a risk assessment and all being well, the application process will take a minimum of two weeks as this is dependent on the availability of Hosts and rooms in households.
Phone to check vacancy details. If there is a vacancy, the referring agency is required to fill out a Guest Referral form on behalf of their client. If able to accept guest they will be given directions to the shelter for that evening. Guests should not turn up at the venue without their agency completing a referral first. All spaces must be booked in advance.

Drop in at one of 5 day centres: North London Day Centre (221 Gray's Inn Road, WC1X 8RA); South London Day Centre (City of London Academy, Lynton Road, SE1 5LA); East London Day Centre (The City Academy, Homerton Row, Hackney E9 6EA); West London Day Centre (Kensington Aldridge Academy, 1 Silchester Road, W10 6EX); South East London Day Centre (Lesoco, 2 Deptford Church Street, SE8 4RZ).
Phone or call in at KCAH Mon-Fri 10am-1pm for an informal interview and to be placed on the waiting list for that evening. If appropriate and there is a vacancy will be given instructions on how to get to that evening's location of the shelter.
Once a referral is made, a conversation will take place between the referral agency and project coordinator. Providing that person is suitable for the shelter and there is a free bed, they will be given a place that evening.
