Referral forms are completed by agencies and discussed at Northern Devon Hub. The referral is placed on a waiting list. The service manager will contact the referred person when a vacancy arises. A time is arranged for the prospective service user to visit the accommodation and have an initial assessment meeting with two staff members, this meeting will define if our service is appropriate for the service user and is where they want to be.
For both the core and hub services, prospective residents are invited for an interview. For the core service: They will require proof of identity, income and immigration status, and if accepted, will require £37.98 personal contribution for 2 weeks in advance (if in receipt of benefits).
