Referral to the HUB a time out or CYPS worker will then complete an assessment of needs this will then be authorised by the HUB co-ordinator and referred to pathway 1 or pathway 2 accommodation.

Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral.
