After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. combined needs and risk assessment. Offer of room will be given within 12 -24 hours. If no room available then the applicant will be put on waiting list.
Initial contact by phone Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm. Need to speak to applicant as well as agency. If there is a vacancy and applicant meets referral criteria, place offered immediately. Referral form completed on phone.
Phone Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm for an application form, or download from website, which must be completed before interview. May require some background information eg probation or psychiatric reports. Assessment of priority need when vacancy arises.
There is an agency referral form or for self referrals a form can be completed at an assessment point, where staff will be available to assist you.
