Make an appointment by phoning or coming in to the centre between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Applicants who are homeless on the day they attend must present before 3.30pm.
Phone 24 hours a day - if phoning at night, will be asked to leave a daytime contact number or asked to re-contact during the next working day - or call in during office hours.
