Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm or write. Application form completed by referral agency and applicant prior to interview. Require proof of ID, eg passport, driving licence, birth certificate, and supporting information. Applicants must be on the Housing Register at St Albans District Council.
Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral.
