Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Interview considers applicant's commitment and ability to participate in the programme. If no vacancies, placed on waiting list. Will help with claiming benefits, and getting ID and funding.
Phone daily 9am-10pm or write, email or download form. Agencies must fill out a referral form. Self referrals can ask for help with filling out the application form and interview will be arranged at a later date. If no current vacancies, will be placed on a waiting list. Maximum number on the waiting list is six. Must be entitled to benefits.
Phone line is staffed 24/7 and the e-mail inbox is checked within office hours for referrals. We have a standard referral form that needs to be completed, and an offer of a room will not be confirmed until and assessment has been completed.
