Referrals are only accepted via Brighton and Hove Council's Housing Advice team, open Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri 9am-4.30pm, Weds 1pm-4.30pm.
Client referrals to B&HCC contact above, or client presents at above council address to be assessed.
Call office, make appointment, initial meetings are conducted between the hours of 9-5.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 10am-4pm to arrange interview, where application form is completed. Need two proofs of ID, eg passport, NI card, medical card, signing-on book.
SPACES are open from 0830-1730 every weekday, and can be contacted through the channels given on referral details.
Phone or call in at Hastings Borough Council Housing Options Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. Assessment and interview by Council. A further assessment and interview is carried out by service.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Street Homeless Service act as gatekeeper for spaces.
Phone Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm, Fri 9am-4.30pm, Sat 8am-3pm. Application form and interview. Require probation reports, risk assessments and any other relevant background information.
