Potential clients are invited to view the accommodation and encouraged to meet staff before a tenancy sign up date will be discussed. Support workers will review the initial referral and assessment with the client directly, ensuring that it is the most suitable accommodation for the client whilst noting changes to risk and/ or circumstances.
