Referrals are made through the East Suffolk Council housing needs teams and details are uploaded onto their HRS (Housing related services) system . Young person is then contacted invited to look around and attend informal interview.

Aim to issue an outcome to each referral within 3 days. Once a vacancy is imminent, interview arranged, aim to have a new client housed within a two week period.

Referrals can be emailed at any time. Assessments will be offered Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Referral form can be requested via post or email. Applicants will ideally provide ID and proof of benefits (if available). References will be requested as part of the assessment process.
