Phone 10am-4pm Mon-Fri. The young person must be available at the time of the referral. An initial phone call is required to ensure availability and discuss suitability then a referral form including a risk assessment will need to be completed.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Vacancies offered to named agencies on a rota basis, then open to other agencies. Referral form completed prior to interview. Must have proof of ID, income and immigration status.

Referrals received from Housing Team or Social Services – contact them in the first instance. They will complete a form and pass onto the service. Assessment will take place at the service.
