Phone daily 9am-8.30pm - may accept referrals later in emergency. Applicant/agency completes referral form prior to interview. Require proof of ID and background information about history of homelessness, offences, etc. If referring offenders or people with substance misuse issues a referring agency risk assessment may be required.

Local connection policy is in operation within the City, as well as an agreed pathways for housing routes, initial priority given to those clients housed within Jimmy?s an exception request must be submitted to the City for applicants wishing to apply for housing outside of the agreed pathway. Make an appointment by phoning or coming in to the centre between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Applicants who are homeless on the day they attend must present before 3.30pm.

Risk assessment are always completed and we may require additional information to help us make our assessment. Referrals to supported houses via Initial Contact Team only.
