After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. combined needs and risk assessment. Offer of room will be given within 12 -24 hours. If no room available then the applicant will be put on waiting list.
All of our referrals come from the K&C 'Single Homeless Team'. Referrals come from either individuals approaching the council to make a homeless application or their support network (Social Services, Probation etc) refers to the SHT. Interviews can take place 7 days a week between the hours of 10 - 20.00. Referrals will need to bring ID (Passport, driving license, birth cert).
Referral to be send to the relevant email address at any time; Only accept referrals from London Borough of Merton using a MYSHF application form. Interviews are booked within 1 week of referral received;
