After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. Combined needs and risk assessment. Offer of room will be given within 12-24 hours. If no room available then the applicant will be put on wait list.
Phone Temporary Accommodation Team Mon-Thurs 8.45am-4.30pm, Fri 8.45am-4.30pm. Interview and risk assessment carried out by Council. A further risk assessment and interview will be carried out at service.

We are part of the Colchester Joint Referral Panel (JRP) for supported housing providers so referrals usually come through the JRP. However, we can take referrals direct on occasion and make the panel aware of this. For more info about the JRP please contact Gintare.email@example.com
