Require background information about the applicant, which is obtained in an interview with the referring agency. We will conduct a police record check on everyone who is referred to our service before we place them. Please get in touch if you need a referral form. Need proof of ID.
Make an appointment by phoning or coming in to the centre between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Applicants who are homeless on the day they attend must present before 3.30pm. please note due to covid 19 Housing Options are currently working remotely and contact should be made using 01904 554500
