Phone 10am-4pm Mon-Fri. The young person must be available at the time of the referral. An initial phone call is required to ensure availability and discuss suitability then a referral form including a risk assessment will need to be completed.
Applicant must complete a hostel application form (HAF). HAF can be emailed or posted to applicant, or they can attend service at any time to pick up a HAF. Can phone or call in at anytime and any day. HAF must be completed with as much information as possible.
Named agency referrals only Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, self or agency referrals at other times. Complete referral form by phone. Interview at Incommunities Housing Options Team during office hours. Require proof of ID and income for Housing Benefit.
