Aim to issue an outcome to each referral within 3 days. Once a vacancy is imminent, interview arranged, aim to have a new client housed within a two week period.

Referrals can be emailed at any time. Assessments will be offered Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Referral form can be requested via post or email. Applicants will ideally provide ID and proof of benefits (if available). References will be requested as part of the assessment process.

Phone Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is operated by St Basils in partnership with 4 other organisations. Youthline is responsible for assessing the support needs of young people aged 16-25 in Birmingham and for arranging appropriate levels of support.
