After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. combined needs and risk assessment. Offer of room will be given within 12 -24 hours. If no room available then the applicant will be put on waiting list.

Phone Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is operated by St Basils in partnership with 4 other organisations. Youthline is responsible for assessing the support needs of young people aged 16-25 in Birmingham and for arranging appropriate levels of support.
Phone Youthline Mon-Fri 9am-5pm who will assess whether referral into supported housing is appropriate and if so identify whether there is an appropriate vacancy in this or in other projects in Birmingham.
