Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral. All referrals must be received from Medway Council. Applicants to make an appointment with Kingsley House. Referrals sent to Regent House by Medway Council and considered in priority order (determined by the Council). When applicant reaches top of the list, Regent House staff will contact and arrange a date/time for an assessment interview.
