Please note LATCH offers supported housing in local households. We do not offer an emergency service. An interview appointment is followed by a risk assessment and all being well, the application process will take a minimum of two weeks as this is dependent on the availability of Hosts and rooms in households.
People who are under 25 need to apply via Plymouth's Under 25 referral hub. People 25 or over can self refer of have an agency refer them. Phone, call in Mon-Fri 10am-4pm or write for application form. Return form with letters of support from existing support workers for possible interview.
Call in or phone, 24 hours a day (until 5pm on weekdays applicants should go via Taunton Homeless Persons Unit). Immediate interview if room available. Risk assessment. May require background information.
Referrals can be via North Somerset Council Accommodation Gateway (Online System) or though the Housing and Advice Team (01934 888 888) or another agency/provider. Also accept direct applications from young people. Application form and interview. Needs assessment and risk assessment. Require proof of ID.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. All applicants complete standard SPA Lettings application form which is reviewed at weekly Cheltenham-wide supported housing panel. Interview at project. Needs and risk assessments.
Require proof of identity if possible. Applicant must attend an informal meeting at Crossroads. At the meeting the young person will be given a tour of the centre to see what support we can offer them, if both parties are happy a risk assessment will be completed. Staff will then seek relevant background information from partner agencies to ensure meaningful support can be offered.
