Call in at Midland Heart's Homeless Services Centre Mon-Weds & Fri 10am-6pm, Thurs 10am-2pm Thurs or phone 24 hours. Interview and assessment may be face to face, details may be taken by phone or referral form may be forwarded from eg Birmingham City Council Neighbourhood Office. New residents must make a claim for housing benefit on next working day. Initial referral of 28 days can be extended by 3 months subject to reassessment by Homeless Single Point of Access.
