    Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral.   • Places for People - Victoria Court Project

    Accommodation

    Our referrals are sent by Sheffield City Council Accommodations team. A risk matrix is then completed with the information provided. If we require more information, we would then make the appropriate inquiries. We would be looking for information on substance misuse, harm to and/or from others or any outstanding risks. Depending on the outcome of the risk matrix we would then invite the customer in for them to complete the sign up process or complete the refusal process if needed.
