After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. Combined needs and risk assessment. Offer of room will be given within 12-24 hours. If no room available then the applicant will be put on wait list.
Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral. Direct referrals Phone on 0121 477 4644 ext 401 SIFA Number : 0121 766 1700 Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is responsible for assessing the support needs of young people aged 18-25 in Birmingham and for arranging appropriate levels of support.
