Form completed by applicant and agency in a service assessment. Information session and interview. Decision made within 48-36 hours. Require proof of ID and benefits entitlement. Benefits claims can be made once they move in.
A Places for People referral form needs completing in the first instance by a professional. The service will also accept direct referrals from customers in need of temporary housing provision. Details of any support and housing needs, housing history, Health issues/medication, rent arrears and any associated risks need completing. Supporting identification and proof of a right to reside in the UK is required as a part of the application
All referrals are through the Inform. All referrals will be need and risk assessed and interviewed, and agreed by the Springs panel which means every fortnight. You will be aged 18-65, homeless with low support needs and have a local connection to the Cambridgeshire area. You must be willing to engage in employment, education or training contracts.
