A referral can be made anytime via your local housing needs department at your local council. A referral form is required to be completed fully.
Clients can self-refer to The Gateway. Phone or call in Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8.30am-4.30pm, Weds 10.30am-4.30pm. Interview and needs assessment.
We only accept referrals via the local authority on King Street, Hammersmith & Fulham.
All referrals to be filled out by local agencies and sent to Gateway system The Avenue
