Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral.

All referrals need to come through the MAS gateway. To be assessed for the MAS system client needs to speak with Manchester city council rough sleepers team, charities such as booth centre, barnabus, shelter, centre point and other temporary accommodations e.g. night shelters.
