A referral can be made anytime via your local housing needs department at your local council. A referral form is required to be completed fully.
Contact the local Housing Advice team firstly for a homeless assessment.
Phone daily 24 hours. Referral form and interview assessments. May require some background information, eg probation reports, details of previous supported housing placements etc.
Phone or apply in person at Housing Solutions in Northwich or Chester. Client will be interviewed when there is a vacancy.
