People may approach Bench Outreach, the Jericho Road Project or Deptford Reach for referrals. People may also self refer via the 999 Club Gateway (from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00). self-refer but accessing 999 Club day centre from 0900-1200 Monday to Friday.

Phone to check vacancy details. If there is a vacancy, the referring agency is required to fill out a Guest Referral form on behalf of their client. If able to accept guest they will be given directions to the shelter for that evening. Guests should not turn up at the venue without their agency completing a referral first. All spaces must be booked in advance. we do not accept direct referrals; we only take guests from agencies who we hold a signed service level agreement with.

Referrals are only taken from partner referral agencies in Tower Hamlets: Whitechapel Mission, Health E1, Crisis Skylight, Providence Row, Praxis, Spitalfields Crypt Trust, Tower Hamlets Community Intervention Scheme, No First Night Out. Those needing shelter must first register at one of these agencies. The agency will then call our referral line to make a referral if appropriate.
