Referrals are made in person at the Haven Support Centre: Monday - Friday 8.30am-3.30pm. They will assess and refer appropriate applicants to shelter if eligible and space available. Local connection to the Watford, Three Rivers or Hertsmere area.

May require additional information if applicant has complex needs. Single Homeless Team who is the gatekeeper to this service. The referrers come self referral, housing options, outreach team, Community Mental Health Team, Probation Service, etc.
