People may approach Bench Outreach, the Jericho Road Project or Deptford Reach for referrals. People may also self refer via the 999 Club Gateway (from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00). self-refer but accessing 999 Club day centre from 0900-1200 Monday to Friday.

Eastern Hub referral form to be completed and sent to the email@example.com The prospective residents housing and support needs are assessed during a pre interview. If they meet the criteria they are placed on the waiting list.
Call in at Housing Options Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, at Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, contact no: 01332 640085. Will need to see a Housing Options worker and from there may be placed on the reserve list at Milestone House.
