Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for guidance on how to refer. All referrals need to complete and submit a Supporting People Gateway referral form. Applicants will go through an assessment process before a decision is made to whether they meet the criteria for the service. Applicants are housed on a priority need basis.
Interview and assessment may be face to face, details may be taken by phone or referral form may be forwarded from Birmingham Gateway supported housing access point. Beds allocated on first come first served basis.
We are direct access self-referral accommodation in the main hostel and are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Only accept in house referrals for Parkview & Shared house.
This can be done via telephone or email and completion of referral form.
All accommodation is offered subject to interview.
