The referrers come self referral, housing options, outreach team, Community Mental Health Team, Probation Service, etc.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-9pm. Interview. Application form. Require background information for Social Services referrals, attendance at interview with applicant and provision of ongoing support if necessary. Referrals received from Housing Team or Social Services – contact them in the first instance. They will complete a form and pass onto the service. Assessment will take place at the service.
Phone 24 hours. If applicant meets criteria and there is a vacancy, interview arranged, usually same day. If successful, move in immediately. Must have proof of ID eg passport. May require list of previous convictions.
