The Council's Housing Service is open Mon-Thurs 9am-5.30, Fri 9am-5pm. Application form, interview and risk assessment. Council will require proof of ID.
Residents of 76 Queen's Road are moved from SSL hostels. Residents who are managing well and would like to try a more independent level of living are then moved to Queen's Road. There is no direct access.
Via Housing Related Support Needs and risk assessment will then be booked.
All referrals must come through Housing Related Support Suffolk. Needs and risk assessments are then carried out with suitable referrals
