Interview and assessment may be face to face, details may be taken by phone or referral form may be forwarded from Birmingham Gateway supported housing access point. Beds allocated on first come first served basis.
All referrals will initially be taken at 53 Wellington Road, Bilston with a view to move through the Pathway service which allows clients to move forward to a more appropriate service, all based in the Wolverhampton area

Homeless and rough sleeper referrals via Hackney Single Homeless & Rough Sleeper Housing Panel. Assessment and possible interview. Please send ID, proof of income and all supporting health and risk related documents with your application.
