Call in at Midland Heart's Homeless Services Centre Mon-Weds & Fri 10am-6pm, Thurs, 10am-2pm or phone daily 24 hours. Or call the Birmingham Gateway on: 0121 675 4249.
Interview and assessment may be face to face, details may be taken by phone or referral form may be forwarded from Birmingham Gateway supported housing access point. Beds allocated on first come first served basis.
Referral forms received and interviews booked promptly.
