Supported Housing (303 bed spaces): Application forms available through St Mungo’s Single Homeless Hub in Waltham Forest, Housing Options at Waltham Forest and other referral agencies. No self-referrals, all referrals must be completed with a referral agency. Applicants are police checked. applicants are invited for an interview. Unsupported Housing (20 bed spaces) Referral procedure: applications forms available directly from YMCA or from St Mungo’s.
Receive nominations via the Access to Accommodation procedure. We will then assess their suitability for the project and conduct our own readiness assessment to gauge further info around suitability. Have a 6-bed emergency accommodation provision for under 18's whereby we receive direct referrals from Children's Services. They are required to complete a referral form and risk assessment and we will assess suitability for the project and if we can meet their support needs.
Call in at KCAH Mon-Fri 10.30am-1pm to meet with an Advice Support Worker. At present, we still run a drop-in advice surgery. If homeless on the day, KCAH will look to source an accommodation option. Kingston connection only. Some of our own accommodation provision is more restricted and referrals are made through a local multi-agency panel.
Applications via Bristol City Council through a weekly allocations meeting between providers where applicants who are on the men only pathway move through. each applicant must already be on the Bristol Housing Support Register any RSL within Bristol. Once a trusted assessment form has been completed
