Two part assessment procedure carried out via bookings once contact is made.
Target response timescales from BASS, based on a completed referral being received by 4pm, are:
Court bail – 1 hour
Prison bail – 1 day
HDC / Licence – 3 days
Emergency recall prevention – 1 hour

Contact CAP for referral form to be completed and returned. Interview with 2 members of staff. Background checks carried out with local relevant agencies.
