Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral.

Applicants will go through an assessment process before a decision is made to whether they meet the criteria for the service. Applicants are housed on a priority need basis.
