Applicant must complete a hostel application form (HAF). HAF can be emailed or posted to applicant, or they can attend service at any time to pick up a HAF.
Can phone or call in at anytime and any day.
HAF must be completed with as much information as possible.
Apply through county wide referral system, interview to discuss support and assess needs. Applicants should speak to their homelessness dept for referral advice or call the system direct for support in applying.
Phone daily 24 hours or call in 9am-5pm. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency prior to interview. Needs assessment. Require proof of ID and risk assessment. Psychiatric assessment and PSR report if appropriate.
