External applicants can approach Medway Council - opening hours: Monday to Thursdays from 8.30am to 5.15pm and Fridays from 8.30am to 4.45pm. Advised to phone to book an appointment if possible. Referrals sent to Towers Point by Medway Council and considered in priority order (determined by the Council).
