Referrer will be invited to attend Adult Housing panel to discuss referred client, pending panel outcome client will be invited in directly for an assessment with management at the Scheme. Pending assessment Client will be placed on the waiting list for a vacancy to become available.

Current customers at Regent House will be referred by their support worker, with their agreement, and interviewed at Towers Point. External applicants can approach Medway Council - opening hours: Monday to Thursdays from 8.30am to 5.15pm and Fridays from 8.30am to 4.45pm. Advised to phone to book an appointment if possible. Referrals sent to Towers Point by Medway Council and considered in priority order (determined by the Council).
