Single Homeless Team who is the gatekeeper to this service. The referrers come self referral, housing options, outreach team, Community Mental Health Team, Probation Service, etc.
.No waiting list. Agencies notified when a vacancy arises. Referral and Needs and Risk Assessment forms completed by applicant and agency. Informal interview. If appropriate, formal interview is arranged. We require proof of ID and income, and reports from other agencies involved. May request references.
