The most common way to refer is via the Inform website (administered by the city council). If it is a self-referral, or the referring agency does not have access to Inform, they can contact Railway House for an application form. Suitable applicants will be invited for interview, and may bring the referrer/support worker or friend with them.
Download referral form from website or phone Mon-Fri 10am-4pm for application form, completed by applicant and/or referral agency. Require proof of ID. eg birth certificate, driving licence, passport, benefits book, NI number, and relevant background information.
Call in, phone 24 hours daily, email or write. Application form completed by prospective resident. All applicants are police checked, takes up to 8 weeks. Interview assesses housing need, require proof of ID and proof of income.
