Phone daily 9am-8.30pm - may accept referrals later in emergency. Applicant/agency completes referral form prior to interview. Require proof of ID and background information about history of homelessness, offences, etc. If referring offenders or people with substance misuse issues a referring agency risk assessment may be required.
Phone daily 24 hours. Referrers will be directed to Salvation Army as first contact - 01904 416562. Salvation Army Early Intervention Team operate Mon-Fri. Pre-access interview (sometimes multi-agency) will be organised when a referral has been processed.
Call in or phone Monday to Friday 8 - 10pm. Saturday and Sunday 10am - 10pm. All referral should be made via The Avenue by agencies. Any individuals self-referring will have their information added to The Avenue by staff on site.
