Please note LATCH offers supported housing in local households. We do not offer an emergency service. An interview appointment is followed by a risk assessment and all being well, the application process will take a minimum of two weeks as this is dependent on the availability of Hosts and rooms in households.

Operate from 2 January – 12 March 2018, from 2 April – 11 June 2018 and from 2 July – 10 September 2018. Referral via agencies or directly through 999 Club from Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1200. Identification and proof of benefits required.
Initial contact by phone Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm. Need to speak to applicant as well as agency. If there is a vacancy and applicant meets referral criteria, place offered immediately. Referral form completed on phone.
Phone to check vacancy details. If there is a vacancy, the referring agency is required to fill out a Guest Referral form on behalf of their client. If able to accept guest they will be given directions to the shelter for that evening. Guests should not turn up at the venue without their agency completing a referral first. All spaces must be booked in advance.
