WCC pathway referral form completed and submitted to YP pathway coordinator who refers to services in pathway. Once application received, an assessment with the applicant is undertaken at the service.

Interview. Can interview at day centres, hospital, prison etc. Vacancies allocated to referral agencies on rota basis and to most vulnerable applicant.
All referrals must be completed on the Westminster BBS referral form and emailed - essential that referrals can provide proof of ID and entitlement to benefits.
